We do not accept returns if the size selected by you doesn’t match the person it was ordered for. Please, select the size very carefully. Each product has it’s own sizing chart in the information section.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after noticing the damage and include as much information as possible, including photos of the problem.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact us via email or on our Facebook page.
